Shipping and Returns

Free shipping worldwide
We offer free shipping worldwide. Estimated shipping times are provided at the time of checkout. In stock items ship within 48 hours. You will receive a shipping notice and tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow up to two days to begin tracking your package.

Once your item has shipped, we are unable to provide additional information on the status of your shipment than is provided by the shipping carrier. Inquiries should be directed to them. We can only provide you the same information they provide us and we will not contact the shipping company on your behalf.

 

Orders delivered outside of the USA
Import duties and taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. Depending on your country, you may have to pay import duties/taxes to receive your package. If a package is refused due to the cost of import duties/taxes, the package may be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to sender by the shipping company. If the package is abandoned and/or destroyed a refund will not be processed as we will not receive the item back. If the package is returned to sender, and arrives in our US facility, a return will be processed, less the return shipping fee.

Import duties for your country can be found under HTS code 9019. Duties may range from 0% to 20%+ depending on the country of import.

 

Returns
We want you to love T Tool. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you are eligible to return it for a full refund. All items must be returned in like new condition in the original packaging in the condition in which it was received. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the returner. After we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue a refund within two weeks. If you need to return an item, please e-mail contact@theTtool.com to begin the process.

 

Return policy summary

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • All returns must be like-new and received in its original condition in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. 
  • Only items that have been purchased directly on www.theTtool.com can be returned to us.
  • We have the right to deny credit if the return does not meet our policy requirements.
