Great for long, broad strokes at a light to moderate pressure.
Used for focused work, especially around tendinous area.
Dynamic and static compression through the muscle works well, even at the tendon using light pressure.

- Ulnar nerve and median nerves are a consideration due to the proximity to this area.
- Typically tendinopathies respond well to strengthening exercises.
Avoid direct pressure over the nerves where they are close to the surface. Avoid deep pressure in the cubital fossa.
