Used for focused work, especially around tendinous area.
Dynamic and static compression through the muscle works well, even at the tendon using light pressure.
- Frequent issue with ‘tennis elbow’.
- Radial nerve is a consideration due to the proximity in this area.
- Typically tendinopathies respond well to strengthening exercises.
Avoid excessive pressure on the radial head. Avoid direct and excessive pressure over the course of the radial nerve.
