Great for focused work, using light to medium pressure, working around the bony prominences of the scapula.
Dynamic and static compression of the upper trapezius works great with this edge.
- Commonly overstretched in people and that’s confused for ‘tightness’.
- Improving blood flow into this muscle is highly effective.
- Consider strengthening the upper traps.
Avoid pressing aggressively into the side of the neck. Avoid pressing too far anterior in the supraclavicular fossa.
